Ilse Pluimers (born 29 April 2002) is a Dutch professional racing cyclist , who currently rides for UCI Women's WorldTeam AG Insurance–Soudal–Quick-Step.[2] She competed at the 2022 Tour de France Femmes and won the under-23 road race at the 2023 European Road Championships.[3][4][5]
Her brother Rick also competes as a professional cyclist and her grandfather Johan was also a cyclist.[2]
